Tyler Tomasino, President

Tyler is a project manager at PennDOT and former Chairman of the Penn Hills Economic Development Committee. Tyler is also President of the Penn Hills Rotary.

Devon Goetze, Vice President

Devon is the Director of Housing Services at Auberle, the facilitator of the Penn Hills Partnership and its steering Devon Goetze has a deep passion for housing and real estate, beginning her career in title and mortgage insurance. After the 2009 mortgage collapse, she transitioned to helping people in foreclosure, discovering a love for assisting others. She later moved into homeless services, where her leadership expanded a single housing program at Auberle into eight programs serving nearly 2,000 families annually. Devon holds a Masters in Public Policy and a Doctorate in Business Administration. She is active in various community roles, including facilitating the Penn Hills Partnership and serving on the Penn Hills School Board, focusing on community development through collaboration.

David McGowan, Treasurer

David is a Penn Hills native who has called it home for nearly two decades. He’s a Mortgage Banker at S&T Bank, specializing in helping people achieve their dream of home ownership with over 10 years of experience in the financial industry.

Throughout his career, he has developed a strong expertise in affordable housing, working closely with low to moderate income homeowners. His focus is on strengthening existing housing options and ensuring long-term affordability for those in need. He is passionate about making a positive impact in the community and strives to help individuals and families achieve financial stability and security.

Dr. Tracey Holst, Secretary

Tracey is a former Oakmont Councilwoman and Vice-President of Human Resources for WesBanco.  She is also the owner of TLH People Consulting, LLC and an Adjunct Professor at Robert Morris University.  As a champion of both women's and animal rights, she has also served on several boards relating to these causes.

Howard Davidson

Howard is a life-long Penn Hills resident and former Director of Planning for the municipality.

Faith Milazzo

Faith is the Director of Professional Services at University of Pittsburgh and the long-time organizer of the Penn Hills Anti-Litter Group.

Mary Hester

Is Director of Real Estate Operations for LifeVenture Buy Choice Homes. As a visionary leader, she is dedicated to leveraging real estate as a tool for social change and economic empowerment. She raises awareness of the equitable disparities for minorities to create sustainable pathways to homeownership and wealth-building opportunities,

A graduate of Point Park University, she is Co-Founder of Black Excellence in Real Estate, Vice President of City of Bridges Community Land Trust and a member of the Mortgage Policy Committee for the Hill District Federal Credit Union.

Felix Catlin

Felix is a past president of the Penn Hebron Garden Club and longtime member of the Penn Hills Community Development Corporation.

Tariq works for Neighborhood Allies as the Program manager for Real Estate services where he develops curriculums and manages logistics for community workshops, tracking impact for programs such as the Centralized Real Estate Accelerator and Neighborhood Capital Fund. Tariq ensures that community developers and business owners can forge long-term outcomes designed to benefit all residents.

Tariq is experienced in program coordination and grassroots organizing. As a program coordinator, he excelled in creating lasting alumni and instructor relationships, engaging in data-driven decision-making, and implementing CRM technology for data management. As a SEIU Organizer, he successfully cultivated strong community relationships and formed strategic alliances with local leaders and organizations, enhancing the organization’s collective advocacy for workers’ rights and boosting union membership at the same time. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in supporting and campaigning for local officials who championed workers’ rights and healthcare issues, contributing to their election victories and aligning SEIU’s cause with local politics.

Tariq has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Eastern Michigan University and a master’s degree in administration from Central Michigan University.
