The Penn Hills Community Development Corporation (PHCDC) is working with local leadership, partners, and residents in undertaking a Community Census project. The Penn Hills Community Census will employ a resident Community Corp to reach out to their neighbors throughout Penn Hills’ diverse neighborhoods to gather resident input on community and household needs, aspirations, and their vision for a greater Penn Hills.
The Penn Hills Community Census project will be called “Penn Hills Rising” and include input from all Penn Hills organizations. The project is being funded through the American Rescue Plan Act through the municipality of Penn Hills, as well as a generous grant from S&T Bank.
